We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have any questions about returns or exchanges, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges for Regularly Priced Items

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for a regularly priced item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused
Be in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that any original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at mssquarellc@gmail.com and include your order number in your message.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return label is $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method, minus the return shipping label cost.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Returns & Exchanges for BOGO Items

Any item purchased as part of a Buy One Get One Free ("BOGO") promotion may be returned for either:

An exchange, or
A refund of the eligible purchase price plus applicable tax, excluding shipping charges

Exchanges for BOGO Orders

Items purchased during a BOGO promotion may be exchanged individually for another item of equal or lesser value than the original item price at the time of purchase.

If there is any price or tax difference between the original item and the replacement item, the difference will be either refunded or charged to your original payment method.

Returns for BOGO Orders

Items purchased during a BOGO promotion are treated as a promotional pair. The BOGO discount applies to the lower-priced item in the pair.

If one or more items from a BOGO order are returned, the refund will be based on the return value of the returned item, plus applicable tax, and less the cost of return shipping.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return label is $9.95. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
