Following a few simple care steps helps maintain product quality, durability, and appearance.
For drinkware such as ceramic mugs and sipper glasses, gentle cleaning is recommended. Wash with mild soap and warm water, and avoid abrasive scrubbers that could damage the printed design or surface. Handle glass and ceramic items carefully to prevent drops or sudden temperature changes. Allow hot mugs to cool before washing, and regularly clean lids and straws for better hygiene and long-lasting use.
When using scented candles, safe burning practices help ensure the best performance. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first use. Avoid burning candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time and always place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets while burning.
For canvas tote bags, simple cleaning and proper handling help maintain the fabric and stitching. Spot clean with mild soap and cold water whenever needed, avoid machine washing if possible, and always air dry. Warranty Policy
At Sassy Flare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for products purchased from our website or authorized retailers. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Claims must be submitted within 365 days of purchase and the product must have been used according to its intended use and care instructions.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from dropping, scratches after purchase, misuse, modifications, or loss.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Sassy Flare may replace it with the same item or a similar product of equal value, depending on availability.
